We believe Payvo provides the best user experience possible for managing your ARK-based digital assets and we can’t wait to get your feedback. What is Payvo?
Payvo is an ARK Core compatible web wallet supporting a full range of features that allows you to interact with any ARK-based blockchain. Use the new web wallet for all of the activities you are accustomed to with our newly improved user experience. Payvo lets you send, receive, vote, sign, and manage all of your ARK-based digital assets from within the web interface with full Ledger hardware wallet support to ensure your assets are always secure.
Why a New Wallet?
When designing Payvo, we went back to the drawing board with our design philosophy. We wanted the experience to be familiar to regular users. When you use Payvo, it may remind you of your existing financial interfaces but with a fresh new facelift. This was an intentional design decision and part of what makes the Payvo Web Wallet different from our other products.
These differences extend far past the appearance however and bring a range of benefits to the user.
Always Up-to-Date
The Payvo Web Wallet no longer suffers from the issues of the past. One of the biggest support issues with prior wallets was that users would be using an outdated wallet and it would not be able to sync with the network. This will no longer be an issue with Payvo.
Not only that, but we can now push security updates and patch any concerns immediately without any action required by the user. This makes Payvo more secure in the long run.
No More Bad Peers
With Payvo, we set up secure and powerful infrastructure for supporting the new wallet. Gone are the days of connecting to bad peers and being unable to send or receive transactions. With Payvo, you will be connected to our high-powered server cluster by default. But don’t worry, you will still be able to assign custom servers in the settings if you want to use your own infrastructure in one of the first upcoming updates!
Are Web Wallets Secure?
We understand that in the crypto world, security is a major concern. The Payvo Web Wallet signs all transactions locally and we never have direct access to your passphrase. Web Wallet is running in the browser’s sandbox, meaning, unlike Desktop Wallet it has no direct filesystem access.
To ensure the highest level of security, make sure you are always visiting the official website at https://beta.payvo.com . Payvo also offers full Ledger hardware wallet support for an added layer of safety that we recommend to all users as a best practice.

What’s Next?
Our team will be laser-focused on listening to your feedback and ensuring we address any issues throughout the beta period. We will be releasing several feature updates in the future to include, but are not limited to, the following:
Add Custom Servers
Swap out our hosted server cluster with your own infrastructure for the greatest level of control over your experience. Custom servers will be an option within the Payvo settings menu and will work with any ARK Core-based infrastructure.
Add Custom Networks
Add a custom ARK-based network to the wallet. Any network based on ARK Core will be compatible and can be easily added to the Payvo settings menu.
Multisignature Support
Multisignature support will be added in a future release with a new user experience to make setting up your multisignature wallet both easier and more intuitive.
PWA Support
PWA support will allow the user to install the Payvo Web Wallet and use it like any other Desktop or Mobile app. You can read more about PWAs here .
Nodem & Deployer Beta Launches
We will also be hard at work on our next major product releases; Nodem & Deployer. You can expect another development update on those products in April.

Developer Note: The Payvo repository will remain private for the time being. We want to take every precaution and avoid any issues from users or projects forking an incomplete or beta stage product. We will also be updating our licensing on our products and will provide details on the new license once we feel comfortable with the state of the beta release.
